Competiveness: Public Policy, Operational Advancements and Supply Chain Relations
The Forest Resources Association continues its near century old mission model of advancing the competitiveness of the supply chain by defending it against policies that cause harm, onerous regulations and sharing of operation and technical efficiencies that provide growth and stability. This mission includes the economical, efficient, and sustainable use of forest resources to meet the demands of the wood fiber supply chain. Our mission focuses on defending the independent contractor status, reforming the Endangered Species Act, enabling efficient transportation of forestry products, reducing the regulatory burden of the EPA, advancing the carbon neutrality of forest biomass, and defending the use of guest workers in reforestation.
