Claire GeddeClaire spent ten years in the US luxury hotel market, first as Director of Restaurants for the Hay Adams, and then as the Food and Beverage Manager for Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, both located in Washington DC. She returned to her native London for a five year spell, and held the position of Director of Catering and Events at Deloitte, before joining the team of a prestigious hotel opening as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. Claire holds her degree in International Hotel Management, and brings a wealth of experience in project management, sales and marketing, budget administration, team development and event planning.
