Claire spent ten years in the US luxury hotel market, first as Director of Restaurants for the Hay Adams Hotel, and then as the Food and Beverage Director for Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, both located in Washington DC. She returned to her native England for five years and held the position of Director of Events and Catering at Deloitte, before joining the pre-opening team of a prestigious hotel company. Claire holds her degree in International Hotel Management, and brings a wealth of experience in project management, sales and marketing, budget administration, HR and team development, and event planning.
